SEMO Alliance for Disability Independence (SADI)
SEMO Alliance for Disability Independence, or SADI, is a community-based nonprofit organization that assists the region’s residents achieve independent living. The center provides, but is not limited to, the following services: information and referral, peer support, life skills trainings, advocacy, GAPS, assistive technology, client assistance, employment mentoring, transportation (Cape, Jackson, and Scott City areas only), and transition services. SADI also contracts with Department of Health and Senior Services and Department of Mental Health to provide personal care services in the aforementioned counties as well as surrounding counties. Through these contracts, SADI provides: Consumer Directed Services, In-Home Services, Private Pay, Veterans’ Home Care, and Special Needs Personal Care & Respite.
